Shipping and Delivery

Q1: How long does delivery take?

Express Shipping - Please allow 3-6 business days. Standard Shipping - Please allow 8-15 business days (average) for other items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada. For other countries shipping may take 12-25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team on the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.

Q2: Do you deliver products internationally?

Clytia Love ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

Q3:Processing Times

The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.

Q4: How can I get my tracking number?

Tracking information is available within 1-3 days. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. You will get an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us, please contact our support team on the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.

Q5: Do I need to pay customs fees?

In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Clytia Love has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Q6:Delays

On very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, which, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

Q7: My shipment is stuck in transit.

It can sometimes take a few days for our delivery partners to scan and track all packages. Sometimes a scan can be missed and it may look like your package has not moved for several days. In these instances, the package is usually still in transit and the situation resolves itself within a few days. If no movement has occurred within 5 business days of the expected estimated delivery date, please get in touch with our customer experience team at the live chat or contact support@clytialove.com and we'll immediately look into the matter!

Payment

Q1: How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save. **Please note:* Only one discount code can be used per order.

Q2:How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

Q3: I forgot to use my discount code!

Made your Clytia Love purchase, and as the payment was loading you realized with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply email our lovely Clytia Love team at support@clytialove.com and they will be happy to help correct this for you.

Q4: Can I make changes to my order?

We make every effort to process your order the minute it's placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes to your order can be accommodated more than 90 minutes from your transaction. Important: Once your order is ready to ship, we cannot make any adjustments to your order.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?

We work very hard to process your order the minute it is placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be accommodated. We will do the best we can to help, however, our system is automated and orders flow into large batches for delivery, making them unable to be recalled. Q2:Product Care

General Care Wrap bracelets should never be worn in or exposed to water. Be careful and avoid exposure to perfumes, hair products, lotions, soaps, oils, and household chemicals. Always remove jewelry before exercising or cleaning. Sterling Silver Sterling silver can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Avoid chlorine water and rubbing with paper products, which can scratch the silver. Store pieces in a cool dry place away from light and air to prevent excess tarnishing. We recommend using the sterling silver-specific liquid jewelry cleaner. For pieces containing stones, pearls, and crystals, we recommend using the polishing cloth only, as the liquid can damage some stones. Gold Plated Sterling Silver Always separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching and remove before showering or cleaning. Polish gently using a yellow gold-specific polishing cloth. Caring for Plated Jewelry Due to the nature of plated jewelry we suggest following these guidelines to maintain your piece. Scented products such as perfumes, colognes, and lotions contain chemicals that can react with plating and discolor or fade jewelry. Body chemistry and moisture can also affect a plated piece – a high skin PH balance will greatly speed up wear on a plated item. Plated jewelry should never be worn during activities that involve water such as showering or pool/beach activities as chlorine and saltwater will affect the plating. When removing jewelry for these purposes be sure to store it in a dry area. Friction or contact with a hard surface can produce scratches or wear to the piece. If necessary, use warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap to clean plated items. Gently pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth. Most jewelry cleaners contain chemical elements that will slowly wear and fade plating over time. Following these steps will help ensure the longevity of your jewelry! Our Apple Watch Straps are available in 3 different lengths. We recommend ordering the standard regular size which is made to fit the average wrist. If you have a smaller or bigger wrist, please check the following size guide: Standard Strap Length - 6.3-7.2 inches Small Strap Length - 5.5-6.3 inches Large Strap Length - 7.2-8.1 inches

Q4: How to measure your wrist size.

How to measure your wrist size: 1. Rotate your forearm outward until your palm is facing up and open your hand 2. Place the end of the measuring tape in the middle of your wrist width 3. Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist and read the measurement That’s it, you have your wrist size!
